Dr. Chen Liu (刘臣) was born in Liaoning Province in 1980. He received his Bachelor degree in Shenyang University in 2002, and Master degree in Shenyang University of Technology in 2005. Then he enters Dalian University of Technology for his Ph.D. study and received his Ph.D. degree in 2009. Now he joins the research group of Prof. Can Li as a Postdoctoral fellow to carry out the study on TiO2-based dye-sensitized solar cell.
