S. degree in chemistry, Department of Organic Chemistry, Sichuan University. 1990.8 – 1994.7 Research fellow in Institute of Chemical Engineering, HarBin Petroleum and Petrochemicals Corporation. 1994.9 – 1997.9 M. S. degree in physical chemistry, State Key Laboratory of Structure Chemistry, Fujian Institute of Research on the Structure of Matter, Chinese Academy of Science. Supervised by Prof. Shaofang Lu. Research work focus on the exploration of the synthesis and structure for polymeric coordination cluster compounds including preparing new molybdenum sulfide clusters and charactering their crystal structures by a single X-ray diffraction analysis. 1997.9 – 2000.8 Research fellow in Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Science. Research work was focusing on photocatalysis. Including preparation, characterization and activity studies of nanostructured materials such as nano-titanium dioxide for the decomposition of organic pollutants, etc. Responsible for the management and testing of FTIR, UV-Vis and Fluorescence spectrometers. 2000.9 – present, Ph.D. candidate. Research work is focusing on Preparation, Characterization and Activity Studies of New Catalysts for Deep Hydrodesul- furization (HDS). Including the preparation of nanostructured materials such as binary and ternary transition metal (molybdenum) nitrides, carbides and phosphides, molybdenum sulfide clusters supported on Al2O3, SiO2, zeolite NaY, mesoporous materials such as MCM-41, SBA-15, etc. Hobbies: reading, music, traveling.
