 | Dr. Changhai Liang was born in Feixiang, Heibei Province in 1971. He received his Bachelor degree (1994) and Master degree (1997) in chemical engineering from Dalian University of Technology, where he researched under the guidance of Prof. Shucai Guo. In 2000, he received his Ph.D. in physical chemistry from Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics under the supervision of Prof. Can Li. Currently he is a research fellow in State Key Laboratory of Catalysis, Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research interests include preparation and characterization of novel catalytic materials, including carbides, nitrides, phosphides and carbon materials with unique structure; application of supercritical fluid in material preparation and catalytic reactions; and biomass catalytic conversion.
