| Prof. Dr. Zhibin Lei（雷志斌）was born in August 1971 in Heyang county, ShaanXi Province. He received his Bachelor Degree in 1995 from Yanan University. After one year's work in ShaanXi, he entered North China Institute of Technology in September 1996. Under the supervision of Professor Jianmin Wang, he received his M.S. degree in Feberary 1999. Then he came to University of Science and Technology of China as a Ph. D student. He received his Ph. D Degree in January 2001 under the supervision of Professor Jianmin Li. He joined in the research group of Professor Can Li to carry out the study on photocatalysis on the water splitting to produce H2.
